- Your K-Guard Gutter System Requires NO MAINTENANCE
- In the unlikely event that your K-Guard Gutters ever clog, for the lifetime of your home, Clog Free Gutters of Ohio (CFG) will clean them for FREE.
- If there are any defects in the installation of your K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System, CFG will remedy them at NO COST TO YOU for the LIFETIME of your home.
- If K-Guard’s Exclusive Finish Guard Paint Finish on your K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System were to chip, flake, or peel due to a manufacturing defect, CFG will refinish or replace them, at our discretion, at NO COST TO YOU for the LIFETIME of your home. There are NO EXCLUSIONS on ANY of these CFG Warranties, and ALL of these Warranties are Transferable for the LIFETIME of the property.
* To qualify as better, other warranty must be the official Warranty Document and must require No Maintenance and have No Disclaimers.
K-Guard Cleveland hereby warrants that the K-Guard Gutter System will remain free flowing, provided the K-GUARD gutters and attached 3 x 4 downspouts are not externally damaged. If your K-Guard gutters were ever to clog, we will clean or repair the gutters, at our sole discretion, completely free of charge to you for as long as you own your home. Should you sell your home, this warranty is transferable one time to a new home owner. This warranty does not cover consequential or additional damages which may be caused by a clog. K-Guard Cleveland shall have no obligation pursuant to this warranty until all bills for installation, supplies and services in connection with the gutter system covered by this warranty have been paid in full.
